About Us
Wasatch Back Events is the sister company to Wasatch Back Media, founded by Carly Driscoll, a Park City local and mother of two young adventurers. With over a decade of experience in digital & event marketing we are proud to combine our skills to offer corporate event facilitation that has the ability to align with your overall marketing efforts.
Carly Driscoll
Founder
Carly Driscoll launched Wasatch Back Media with over a decade of experience working in the outdoor industry, starting her career many years ago at backcountry.com facilitating corporate events both for bc.com internal employees and later for their consumers. She is currently responsible for all things related to Nordica’s Womens Initiatives in North American and has a national event campaign launching in 2024.
Rainie Hill
Events Manager
Rainie comes to Wasatch Back Events with a great attention to detail and an ability to make our clients feel seen and heard. She is formerly from Vermont and has been living in the Salt Lake valley for over 7 years. She is an avid skier, formerly a coach of the Snowbird race program and will be the face of the upcoming National Nordica Connect Tour event activation.
Blake Licata
Social Media Community Manager
Blake is a student at Saint Michael’s College studying media studies, journalism and digital arts. We couldn’t ask for a more ambitious, smart, and talented young women to work on our team. She also comes to us with a deep rooted history in skiing stemming from being a long time race athlete who is now finding passion in backcountry and freeride skiing. She works with us primarily on Wasatch Back Media projects but is heavily involved in bringing the digital component to our event facilitations.
